What happens when I pick 'Pick Up' at check out?
If you would like to pick up your purchase at one of our three locations select pick up during check out. Then following your order confirmation we will email you to arrange a date and location for pick up. Pick up orders usually take 2-4 days to get ready.
Is Online Stock the Same as What’s in Store?
Yes, our current online stock is the same as what we carry in store.
Can I Order/re-Order Out of Stock Merchandise?
Unfortunately, we cannot order/re-order out of stock merchandise.
Can I Pick Up My Order at a Brittany N Bros. location?
Want to pick up your order in-store? No problem! During checkout, select 'pick-up in store". You'll be notified via email when each or all the items are available for contactless pick up at one of our three locations.
The Checkout Isn't Working For Me?
- Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
- Shipping is not available to international freight forwarding companies or hotels.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. We will send you an order confirmation as soon as your items have been handpicked and prepped for shipping. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method selected. For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
How Can I Track My Online Order?
After submitting your order, we'll send you a confirmation email, notifying you that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number. When your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.
It usually takes about one business day from when your order was shipped for your tracking information to appear online. If your tracking information still isn't online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please Contact Us and we can assist you further.
